Establishes a working group to study the impacts of artificial intelligence, cellular telephones, and social media on public education.

This resolve directs the Department of Education to establish a working group to study and make recommendations regarding the use of artificial intelligence, cellular telephones, and social media within public school settings. The Commissioner of Education shall select members of the working group and include relevant stakeholders. The working group must submit a report by December 3, 2025, with findings and recommendations, including suggested legislation, to the Joint Standing Committee on Education and Cultural Affairs.
