Establishes a commission to study and recommend elimination or revision of unfunded and outdated municipal and county mandates.

This resolve establishes the Commission to Study the Reduction of Unfunded and Outdated Municipal and County Mandates. The commission is tasked with meeting at least twice a year and may meet up to additional times a year for two years to review unfunded and outdated municipal and county mandates. The commission is required to submit a report by December 1, 2027, including findings and recommendations, for the Legislature to consider eliminating or revising mandates.
