This bill permits the owner of a home distillery to produce distilled spirits for personal use, including consumption on the premises or sharing with family and friends. It prohibits having stills or distilling apparatuses with a mash capacity over 15.5 gallons, producing more than a certain amount of spirits per person, and selling or offering for sale any spirits produced. Violation of these provisions is a Class E crime.
