This bill transfers funds to support certified community behavioral health clinic projects in Maine.

This bill transfers funds appropriated in Public Law 2023, chapter 643, Part A for one-time funding for the start-up and implementation costs for all state-licensed mental health organizations participating in certified community behavioral health clinic projects to the Department of Health and Human Services. The department will use the funding as the Medicaid services state share for state-licensed mental health organizations to initiate participation in the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic Medicaid Demonstration Program.
