This bill allows secondary students from school administrative units with 200 or fewer students to enroll in another school administrative unit's secondary school. Parents must notify their resident school of the intent to enroll by April 1st and provide an acceptance letter from the receiving school by May 1st. The receiving school administrative unit will invoice the resident school for payment at the per-pupil rate, which cannot exceed the state maximum allowable tuition rate.
