Establishes lower speed limits on roads near residences in Maine.

This bill amends the Maine Revised Statutes to set lower maximum speed limits on public roads where at least one residence is within a certain distance. The new limits are: 25 mph for snowplows and vehicles with at least two axles, and 35 mph for all other vehicles. These limits apply except when conditions or other regulations require a lower speed.
