Allows fishing closer to the Crooked Brook Dam fishway while maintaining a prohibition on fishing in or from the fishway.
This bill modifies the fishing setback around the Crooked Brook Dam in Danforth, Washington County. It creates an exception to the current 150-foot fishing prohibition, permitting fishing closer to the fishway but still prohibiting fishing in or from the fishway for safety reasons. The change applies to the Crooked Brook Dam, while other specified dams remain under the existing fishing restrictions.
