Establishes fee caps for dental provider licensing and permits in Maine.
The bill sets fee caps for dental provider licensing and permits in Maine. It allows the director to establish fees that are reasonable and necessary, with specific caps: $550 for most purposes, $1,000 for initial licenses or renewals under certain sections, and $200 for others. This change corrects an oversight from a previous law that inadvertently repealed the fee caps and the authority to set them by rule.
