Establishes confidentiality rules for records of the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry related to investigations and public.

This bill sets rules for the confidentiality of records held by the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry related to investigations of complaints and suspected violations. Records obtained during investigations remain confidential until the investigation concludes, unless they are otherwise classified as confidential. Exceptions allow disclosure to department employees, other agencies, and the public under certain conditions.
