Directs the Office of the State Fire Marshal to compile an inventory of aqueous film-forming foam concentrate in the state. The office shall initiate a one-year program to collect information from public entities and a two-year program to solicit information from private entities. The inventory is a public record and must be submitted to the joint standing committees of the Legislature by July 1, 2028.
