Establishes a working group to study the effects of high-intensity headlights on drivers.

This resolve directs the Department of the Secretary of State, Bureau of Motor Vehicles to convene a working group to study the effect of high-intensity headlights on drivers. The working group will review existing studies and research the potential benefits and harms of these headlights. The group will submit a report with findings and recommendations to the Joint Standing Committee on Transportation by December 3, 2025. The committee can then submit related legislation to the Second Regular Session of the 132nd Legislature.
