This bill modifies child care subsidy regulations to allow providers to require recipients to pay the difference between the subsidy amount and the amount charged by the provider. It applies to recipients of the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, or TANF, program and participants in the Additional Support for People in Retraining and Employment - Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, or ASPIRE-TANF, program.
