LD27

Maine LD27 amends inland fisheries and wildlife licensing laws, expanding moose permit transfers to certain family members and modifying acreage.

Maine LD27 modifies the state's inland fisheries and wildlife licensing laws, specifically concerning moose permits and hunting or fishing without a license. The bill expands the definition of "family member" for moose permit transfers to include the transferor's sibling's child, the transferor's spouse's sibling's child, and the transferor's parent's sibling or that sibling's spouse. It removes half-siblings from the eligible list for permit transfers.
