Authorizes the Director of the Bureau of Parks and Lands to convey and exchange specific land parcels in Lincoln and Sandy River Plantations.

This resolve authorizes the Director of the Bureau of Parks and Lands within the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry to convey leased lots in Lincoln Plantation and exchange a small leased parcel in Sandy River Plantation. The Director may sell or exchange these lands with legislative approval. Proceeds from the sale must be used to purchase conservation land in Oxford County. The cost of a survey, if necessary, may be factored into the purchase price, but recording costs cannot be paid by the bureau.
