Limits hypodermic apparatus exchanges to one-for-one in Maine.
This bill amends Maine law to restrict the number of hypodermic apparatuses that can be exchanged by certified programs to one per participant for each one exchanged by that participant. The Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention is authorized to enforce this one-for-one exchange limit.
