This resolve allows the Department of Administrative and Financial Services to transfer a building at 159 Hogan Road in Bangor, currently leased to United Cerebral Palsy of Northeastern Maine, to the organization. The building, known as "the Elizabeth Levinson Center," must be sold "as is" with no warranties. The sale price cannot exceed $100,000 and must be based on a broker's opinion of value and market analysis. Any proceeds from the sale will cover administrative expenses and be deposited into the Bureau of General Services capital repair and improvement account.
