This bill eliminates the juvenile crime of willful refusal to pay a fine or comply with a court order.

This bill repeals the provision of law that establishes the juvenile crime of willful refusal to pay a fine imposed by court order or willful failure to comply with the terms of any other court order. It removes the offense from the list of juvenile crimes and adjusts related sections to reflect this change.
