Clarifies and strengthens the Government Shutdown Loan Guarantee Program to protect employees during shutdowns.

This bill amends the Government Shutdown Loan Guarantee Program to ensure employees not paid during a shutdown can still receive loans. It removes barriers to eligibility, such as credit checks or in-person appearances, and allocates $250,000 to assist with loan guarantees. The changes aim to prevent financial hardships like missed rent or food insecurity.
