This bill modifies the definition of "agricultural fair" and restricts fairs from operating outside assigned dates, while allowing pre-fair.

This bill amends the definition of "agricultural fair" to include exhibitions promoting agriculture through livestock competitions, horticultural displays, and youth projects. It prohibits fairs from operating outside assigned dates and from advertising outside those dates. However, it allows fairs to host exhibitions for nonlivestock competitions up to hours before the assigned dates.
