Amends extreme risk protection order procedure to require court notification of judicial endorsement and attachments.
This bill amends the extreme risk protection order procedure in Maine by adding a requirement that a copy of the judicial endorsement and all attachments be provided to the court. Currently, only the notification to the restricted person, including the date of notification, must be provided to the court. This change aims to ensure that the court has all necessary documentation when considering such orders.
