This resolve allows the Director of the Bureau of Parks and Lands within the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry to convey, sell, and exchange specific lands. The bureau can convey approximately acres of public reserved land under an existing road in the Town of Westmanland to the town for road improvement and maintenance. The bureau is also authorized to sell approximately 0.25 acres of land in Seboomook Township, with the buyer paying all transaction costs.
