This bill implements cost items in collective bargaining agreements for executive branch employees, adjusting salary schedules for fiscal years 2025-26 and 2026-27. It authorizes the Department of Administrative and Financial Services to be reimbursed for a study of the classification system for the executive branch. The bill also allows for the transfer of funds between programs and departments within the General Fund and Highway Fund. It continues the voluntary employee incentive program for state employees, including flexible work arrangements and time off without pay.
