Funding collective bargaining agreements for Judicial Branch employees in Maine.

This bill allocates up to $10,000,000.00 from the General Fund for fiscal years 2025-26 and 2026-27 to implement economic terms of collective bargaining agreements between the Judicial Department and various employee associations. It also allows the State Court Administrator to provide similar and equitable treatment to excluded employees. The funding is contingent on the ratification of these agreements by December 31, 2025.
