Expands eligibility for sealing criminal history records to include more convictions.

This bill expands the types of convictions eligible for sealing through a post-judgment motion. It allows sealing of convictions for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, any violation of drug laws, and all current and former Class D crimes, except those involving violence. The bill implements recommendations from the Criminal Records Review Committee.
