Authorizes the Office of Professional and Occupational Regulation to delegate authority to staff for handling complaints.

This bill amends the Maine Revised Statutes to allow the Office of Professional and Occupational Regulation to delegate to staff the authority to determine if a pending complaint describes a violation of law or rule that falls within the office's enforcement authority. The bill also permits the delegation of authority to staff for reviewing and approving licensure applications.
