Establishes a new crime of racketeering for drug offenses and sex trafficking in Maine.

The bill creates a new criminal offense of racketeering, allowing prosecution of individuals who are members of a racketeering enterprise when certain qualifying criminal acts have been committed. Qualifying criminal acts include human trafficking, drug trafficking, counterfeit drug trafficking, marijuana cultivation, and others. The bill also amends criminal asset forfeiture laws to allow for the forfeiture of assets used or intended for use in these crimes.
