This bill allows insurers to pay dental care providers via credit card or electronic methods if certain conditions are met.

The bill clarifies that insurers can pay dental care providers using credit cards or electronic methods like ACH networks, provided they inform the provider of any fees, offer an alternative fee-free method, and the provider agrees to the payment method. If a provider opts out, they cannot be paid via these methods unless they later agree. Third-party vendors must also comply with these rules.
