Establishes a night law school program at the University of Maine at Orono.

The bill mandates the University of Maine System, in collaboration with the University of Maine School of Law, to create a juris doctor program at the University of Maine at Orono. This program will allow students to complete their degree requirements primarily through online coursework with periodic in-person instruction. By November 4, 2026, the University of Maine System must submit a report on the establishment of this program to the Joint Standing Committee on Education and Cultural Affairs.
