An Act to Simplify Regulation of the Adult Use Cannabis Industry in Maine.

The bill simplifies regulations for the adult use cannabis industry in Maine by eliminating the individual identification card requirement for licensees, removing cannabis purchase limits, and eliminating certain requirements regarding the inspection of licensed premises and cannabis labeling. It also prohibits the Office of Cannabis Policy from requiring licensees to sign forms that waive certain rights protected under constitutional, statutory, or common law privilege.
