This bill modifies the definition of "employee" to include remote workers of businesses in the Midcoast Regional Redevelopment Authority for calculating disbursements into the Brunswick Naval Air Station Job Increment Financing Fund. It also changes the allocation of reimbursement from the fund from 50% to the Midcoast Regional Redevelopment Authority and 50% to the Southern Maine Community College to 75% to the authority and 25% to the college.
