Authorizes the Baxter State Park Authority to convey the Austin Cary Lot in Cumberland County.

This resolve authorizes the Baxter State Park Authority to convey the State's interest in the Austin Cary Lot in the Town of Harpswell, Cumberland County. The property, totaling approximately 228 acres, was acquired by the State in 1973 and 1974. The conveyance must be to an entity capable of managing the property for sustainable forestry or wildlife management, with additional uses compatible with these primary purposes. The proceeds from the sale must be used to purchase alternative lands within Cumberland County for the same purposes.
