Allows Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits to be used for ready-to-cook meals in Maine.

This resolve directs the Department of Health and Human Services to request a waiver from the USDA to permit the use of federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits for purchasing ready-to-cook meals in Maine. If the waiver is granted, the department must amend its rules to allow this use and notify retailers and providers of ready-to-cook meals.
