Allows cannabis establishment licensees to voluntarily participate in the adult use cannabis tracking system.

This bill amends the Cannabis Legalization Act to allow cannabis establishment licensees to voluntarily participate in the tracking system for adult use cannabis and cannabis products implemented by the Office of Cannabis Policy. Licensees can choose to track cannabis plants, cannabis, and cannabis products from cultivation to retail sale, return, disposal, or destruction. The tracking system must allow for individual or group tracking of cannabis plants and products, with specific record-keeping requirements.
