Tpdf Text

Amends zoning laws to limit certain requirements to municipalities with populations over 10,000.

This bill modifies zoning ordinances to limit certain requirements to municipalities with populations over 10,000. It allows structures with up to two dwelling units per lot if the lot does not contain an existing dwelling unit. It also allows accessory dwelling units on the same lot as a single-family dwelling unit in areas where residential uses are permitted. These changes apply only to municipalities with populations exceeding 10,000.
