Maine LD166 makes pharmacies and retail establishments containing a pharmacy ineligible for a retail tobacco license. Engaging in retail sales of tobacco products, including through vending machines or free distribution, commits a civil violation with a fine of up to $2,000 per day. The Act takes effect January 1, 2026.
