Allows consumption of adult use cannabis in locally approved hospitality lounges in Maine.

This bill amends the Cannabis Legalization Act to allow municipalities to license or approve cannabis hospitality lounges where adults can consume cannabis. These lounges are exempt from state licensing and oversight by the Office of Cannabis Policy. The bill also allows smoking of adult use cannabis in these lounges and exempts them from the general public smoking ban.
