Maine LD1360 amends the state's driver's license law to allow applicants to choose between obtaining a REAL ID compliant driver's license or a nondriver identification card that does not meet the federal REAL ID Act standards but is valid for state identification purposes. The Secretary of State must provide this option to applicants.
