Maine LD1350 amends campaign finance laws to prohibit business entities from making contributions to candidates. It also limits contributions by political action committees and business entities to other political action committees making independent expenditures to $5,000 annually, adjusted for inflation. The Maine Commission on Governmental Ethics and Election Practices must post these limits on its website.
