Establishes a process for suspending marine organism harvesting licenses for failure to comply with daily reporting requirements.

This bill amends the law to establish a new process for suspending marine organism harvesting licenses when the license holder fails to comply with daily reporting requirements. If the Department of Marine Resources determines that a license holder has not complied with a daily reporting requirement, the commissioner may notify the individual by email. If the license holder does not comply within hours of the requirement, the commissioner may serve a notice of suspension in hand or mail it to the license holder.
