Directs Maine's Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife to explore public-private partnerships for public access to privately owned land.

This resolve directs the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife to convene a working group to explore opportunities to work with commercial landowners to establish public-private partnerships designed to maintain public access to privately owned land. The department must submit a report, including recommendations and any suggested legislation, to the Joint Standing Committee on Inland Fisheries and Wildlife by December 3, 2025. The joint standing committee may submit legislation related to the report to the Second Regular Session of the 132nd Legislature.
