Modifies the voter petition requirement for municipal deorganization.
Changes the law to allow any number of voters, not just 50% of the last gubernatorial election votes, to petition for a municipal meeting to discuss deorganization. If the petition is signed by at least 10 voters, municipal officers must call a special meeting to discuss and decide on deorganization procedures. This removes the previous minimum voter requirement for petitioning.
