Expands the use of the Veterans' Homelessness Prevention Partnership Fund to prevent homelessness among veterans in Maine.

This bill expands the use of the Veterans' Homelessness Prevention Partnership Fund to prevent homelessness among veterans in Maine. The fund will be used to provide reimbursement to human services-based volunteer organizations that offer transitional housing to homeless veterans. The fund will also be used to make disbursements to organizations, businesses, landlords, or other entities to prevent homelessness among veterans. The bill allows the director to accept donations from outside sources and state and federal funding to accomplish the priorities of the partnerships.
