This bill amends the Maine Litter Control Act by expanding the definition of "litter" to include brush, yard debris, waste materials resulting from the use of tobacco products, and waste materials resulting from the use of consumer fireworks. The expanded definition aims to cover a broader range of waste materials that contribute to littering, thereby enhancing the state's efforts to control and manage litter.
