Restores complimentary hunting, trapping, and fishing licenses for Maine residents 70 years of age and older.

An Act to Restore Complimentary Licenses to Hunt, Trap and Fish for Residents 70 Years of Age and Older repeals the law prohibiting complimentary licenses for this age group. This effectively reinstates the requirement that complimentary licenses must be issued upon application. The bill targets Maine residents who are 70 years of age and older, allowing them to apply for and receive complimentary hunting, trapping, and fishing licenses.
