Prioritizes hiring of displaced federal firefighters in municipal fire departments.

Requires the Department of Labor to establish a database of displaced civilian federal firefighters in Maine. Fire chiefs must give priority to these firefighters when filling open positions, unless the firefighter was not in good standing at the time of displacement. The database must be maintained for at least two years unless the firefighter requests removal.
