Failed·6/13/25
Tpdf Text

Maine LD1104 limits liability for individuals who hold firearms under a firearm hold agreement.

Maine LD1104 provides immunity to individuals who hold firearms under a firearm hold agreement, protecting them from liability for returning the firearm to the owner at the end of the agreement. This immunity does not apply if the conduct of the holder is otherwise unlawful. A "firearm hold agreement" is defined as a written or oral agreement where a person takes possession of a firearm at the owner's request and holds it for an agreed period.
