Failed·4/8/25
Tpdf Text

Allows an adult hunter to transfer their antlerless deer permit to a junior hunter.

This bill allows an adult hunter with a valid antlerless deer permit to transfer that permit to a junior hunter. The transferor must identify the junior hunter's name and address on the permit and return the permit to the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife within hours after the transfer. The transferor may not hunt antlerless deer but must supervise the junior hunter while hunting. The commissioner records the transfer, and the junior hunter must have the valid permit to hunt antlerless deer.
