Free admission to state parks and historic sites for immediate family members of veterans and active military personnel.

This bill provides free day use passes to state parks and historic sites for immediate family members of veterans and active military personnel. The Commissioner of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry is directed to issue these passes. Immediate family members include the spouse, domestic partner, and dependent children of a veteran or active duty military member. The bill amends existing law to include these family members in the free pass program.
