This bill permits criminal justice agencies to disclose specific juvenile history record information to the public for apprehending juveniles who have escaped from custody. The information that can be disclosed includes the juvenile's name, date of birth, physical description, photograph, location of the alleged escape, any crime listed on an arrest warrant, and whether the juvenile may present a risk to public safety.
