The bill prevents pharmaceutical manufacturers, health insurance carriers, pharmacy benefits managers, and their agents from interfering with the acquisition or delivery of 340B drugs to participating pharmacies and health care providers. It also prohibits these entities from imposing additional requirements, restrictions, or burdens on 340B entities. The bill does not apply to the MaineCare program.
